Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Tools
Securely place the unused power tools and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned tools, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
